An Olfactory Journal and Reflection

My first homework in more than 25 years!
Option 4
Pick any day, and using a notebook, record all of your aromatic or olfactory experiences. What did you perceive and how did it affect you. Did you walk past a bakery or a Cinnabon store at a mall? Did you smell toast cooking, or cookies baking? Did you enjoy a fresh flower? The following day, review your notes and think about how much aroma affects your life. How did you find this exercise? Did you find that smells impact your daily life more than you would have guessed?
